Etienne did his PhD in our Yb hybrid tweezer-lattice experiment. Together with Tim he started in an empty lab. Now we have a working machine with cold Yb atoms in a magic optical lattice with narrow-line spectroscopy on the ultranarrow optical clock transition and a tweezer array at 532nm!
