Caroline de Groot successfully defended her PhD thesis
Caroline successfully defended her PhD thesis on “Fundamental properties of SPT phases discovered”. Focusing on so-called symmetry-protected topological (SPT) phases, she uncovered some essential but previously unknown properties. Her findings further our understanding of STP phases in open systems.
We wish you all the best for the future!
