The purpose of this colloquium talk is to inspire doctoral researchers and supervisors to co-create a productive and trust-based collaboration.
In this talk, you will be introduced to research-based hands-on strategies and tools for:
Aligning expectations early and regularly
Communicating effectively in supervision
Giving and receiving constructive feedback
Managing potential conflicts that can arise in supervision
This talk is open to everyone, from students (master’s or PhD) to postdocs and PIs.
The talk is interactive and allows you to briefly share experiences and discuss supervision. It is held in English.
