Research Interests:

I have recently finished my PhD in the Plasma-Theory group of Prof. Dr. Meyer-ter-Vehn at MPQ Garching.
My principal research interests are in the field of high energy density in matter. In particular, these are
 

• Ionization Dynamics in Intense Laser-Plasma Interaction
• Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF) with cylindrical target geometry.
• Equations of State (EOS) of Dense Plasma.
• Transport Properties of Dense Plasma.

One of my recent publications employs a self-similar solution of the gas-dynamic equations describing an implosion of a hollow shell.
